A Yorkshire Autumn Wedding

Over the past year as a Yorkshire Wedding Photographer, I've realised that sometimes a large traditional wedding isn't what everyone wants, and in Hannah & Robs case, they threw all the rulebooks out the window and had their wedding exactly how they wanted to. From getting ready and walking down the aisle together to taking each others surnames, the vibe from the get go was completely relaxed. And even though the day wasn't the way they had originally planned, it was clear to everyone that all they wanted was to get married and start this next chapter of their life together with Buster too of course!

Unfortunately Covid restrictions were still in play in October and changes took away their planned wedding breakfast the day before the wedding. But in Hannah & Rob style, once I left them alone, they opted to have a Chinese wedding breakfast instead, on the sofa in their pyjamas. I mean, it sounds like a pretty perfect wedding day to me!

The Ceremony

The Priory Place Registry Office, Doncaster is really beautiful for weddings. Not only is it such a stunning room with large windows and columns, it provides an amazing outdoor courtyard space for photos afterwards too.

Couple Photographs

After the ceremony, we all headed over to Walkers Nurseries in Blaxton for a quick walk around to get some couple shots of them together with the stunning autumn colours. And even though it was pouring with rain at the end of our session, you can see how happy they are and their faces say it all.

Thank you again to you both for having me as part of your special day, I'm really looking forward to seeing you all again at the party later this year!
